Are there any specific marketing channels or tactics that property management companies often overlook but can be highly effective in lead generation?

Definitely would like to strike a better balance in my channels as well as build a channel for direct bookings.

I have followed a guy named Bill Faeth for a few years now on his Facebook group and his YouTube channel. 

IE  D box septic tank leach field all gravity feed.. 

Airbnb basically owns the bookings in my area, no other channels drive legitimate traffic.

Basic economics, folks.Tourism is the lifeblood of our economy, and our supposed leaders never recognize this and continually bite the hand that feeds us. 

It does property management, accepts payments, imports bank feeds and does accounting, automates listings, etc., etc.

The only difference between a property I list for sale and James Wise lists for sale is James Wise has a YouTube channel and giant following where he shows the properties to the world, including educating on the fundamentals.
