Now if there was a major injury, there's a good chance that a court may throw out the waiver and hold us responsible, even with a waiver signed, which is why I do not want to employ anyone for work requiring ladders, granite fabrication, roof work or other high liability jobs.

The neighboring buildings house a sheet metal fabrication shop and a truck accessory business.Given the factory/manufacturing character of the neighborhood, the opportunity for a normal tenant seems nil.

Weird, but in any case, if you could submit a list of repairs- maybe exaggerate but don't fabricate- that should definitely suffice.

In addition, the area below the sill was all disintegrated   We replaced the  window sill with a fabricated Corian sill (a local place did that)  and we also put a broad  Corian apron below it to replace the tiles and wonder board that had disintegrated.

As long as you make sure the fabricator pre-seals the stone then it should be very easy to maintain and clean. 

Go to the local yard and grab a slab on clearance - honestly, I have found them for $300 (fabrication will be a bit more).

I'm sure there are other options but I saw a couple pics online and really thought it would make us stand out. it currently has an old fabric awning that we will be replacing with metal that will dress up the front for sure.

Most of the time the "surprises" just seem fabricated for TV to me.I will say though that watching those shows 10-12 years ago really got me started and developed my passion for REI.

Not sure if it is a crime but something needs to be done. puffing is so common just shop for a MF with commercial brokers their flyers and attached proformas are all blue sky.. the best scenarios possible. the issue with Morris was gross misrepresentations of the risk of the asset class they touted.. like I have said it was a complete fabrication or he was more clueless than we thought .. then it was the fake renters  the rehab monies stolen etc etc.
