I’ve been coaching new investors for a while and many lack funds to get started but find both the lack of knowledge, experience, and funds, often derails them. 

Looking to see what other feedback people have from their experiences.

I own a duplex in Tempe Arizona and looking to continue to gain experience.

Also, if a few hundred dollars in draw fees will make your deal go sideways, it may not be the best deal for you, especially as you are just getting started.I'm happy to share my experience as an investor and a mortgage broker.

This also helps with tax planning so clients aren't blindsided.The tools/software that clients use is as varied as the clients themselves. 

Has anyone had experience with this - in other words - can she simply decline the charge without the credit card company reaching out for investigation into the matter?

Does anyone have experience with crypto or bitcoin mortgages / lending?

Make sure they have legit experience in working with investors.
