(my disclamer) Corporations were originally formed to allow people to pool their money into a common enterprise through creating a new ficticious person and limit their liability to just their investment.

My company name is named after me which is what the word means and where Barnard Enterprises, Inc. comes from.

Carey Enterprises is not me LOL. 

You could be sued for defamation of character and loss of income by defaming a business enterprise without basis.The rent was late.

It will take a while before these type of new enterprises pay off so if you don't have the cash to carry yourself for quite a while I would probably invest energy in a new job while also starting activities aimed at wholesaling. 

If you only have modest funds for investing, are you sure you want to invest in a very risky enterprise?  

If you look around BP and get references for these turnkey enterprises, you will find some good ones.In the mean time, read, read, read everything that you can here on BP and elsewhere.Mark

We are looking to improve that enterprise with repurposed materials, workforce training, property management to attract activity and investment to Southwest Michigan...using that resource to flip homes isn't that far fetched once we get the process down.

It took me decades of adult life to accept the wisdom, benefit, and opportunity free market capitalism and free enterprise could bestow upon humanity.

An enterprising soul could find out easily enough anyway.
