I have been hesitant to jump in one reason is I am not keen on anything outside of perfection and this game is a game of risk % so it has delayed me especially living in southern California it is extremely expensive to get involved own here and a mistake here is huge.

I am new to real estate but very keen to learn. 

I live in SLO and am dealing with a turnkey company in Alabama (not everyone is keen on turnkey).

I’ll have a property manager as well, with a family I’m not super keen on dealing with tenants, more for their sake than my sake.My question at this time doesn’t really have to do with RE necessarily, it’s about digital presence and security.

I was not to keen to get a condo but single-family homes were just too expensive.I now find that condos are a lot easier to manage, given that the association (which I hate paying) takes care of all of the structure/exteriors.
