What is lit worth, as is?

Challenge yourself to make a half-bath or galley kitchen look spacious, and to make dim rooms look bright and airy.

To address your specific issue what I have seen is these stoves have a standing pilot that is always lit, but the orifice the pilot is fed through becomes dirty or clogged over time, cleaning this out with the help of a pin or needle and relighting it can help.

Make sure the unit is neat, well-lit and that you have enough pictures to give people a good impression of the property.
