Has anyone heard if James Hodge's REI Game Changer program is worth it?

This program has opened up so many doors for me!

REI Game Changers is a beginner program that relies on cheap spray and pray list marketing.

Then refi into DSCR using appraisal market rent (I have program if cash flow is negative, not worried about that) and then after the DSCR loan closes, then they put up the walls to make it padsplit.

So, we are somewhat covered.My employer has an Employee Assistance Program that includes some legal help.

To overcome these hurdles, consider FHA loans, down payment assistance programs, and rental markets with strong rent growth.Good luck!
