They came across too pushy and didn’t get enough detail and when you’re new to something and about to put an abundant amount of money somewhere, you want to feel safe and like you have all the information and I just didn’t with his team.

I can’t tell from your post if you lived in the property during renovations, if this is your 1st flip, if you rented it, or your intent at purchase and these are important details that have significant tax implications....

Property details: 3 bed 2 bath both sides with attached garages, aluminum siding, copper plumbing, 1972 construction, separately metered, all electric water heater, range, dryer, public water and public sewer on a slab foundation in a great school district right next to brand new construction everywhere.

The question comes with various customized details but it's the same answer over-n-over again, to such a degree that answer-burn becomes a very real thing.
