Most will require some skin in the game and they lend on the property and your experience, not your jobs.  

Looking at the market data and demographics, I suspect Clayton Co. may be a bit of a dark horse county in the metro Atlanta region.

The scary thing is that I've been researching tax liens for months yet didn't come across anything about this case until today, so I expect that a lot of other investors are in the dark.
