Yet there are some new condo developments, prime night clubs, art galleries, a casino all within 1/2 mile tops and its a short ride to Center City Philadelphia & South Jersey(I95 & 76 near by).

Business associate today gave me these ideas to add to all the great advice when marketing on a low budget to find wholesale deals:Place we buy house sign on your car.Place business cards at gas stations, ATM machines, casinos, and inside books at bookstores.Ads in thrifty nickel.Mortgage brokers for leads.Cold calling for leads.

I hate to use this medium to debate someone like you, but if I don't response forcefully to cyber bullies like you, others like you would think it's okay to come on line and make stupid attempts to destroy reputations when you have no legitimate basis for complaining.Even if we failed to act on your submissions, what stopped you from working the deal yourself and keeping all the money?  

I have a fair number of LLC's just to protect assets with the legal protection that comes from that entity and to protect myself from cyber stalkers...
