My property was on the news for an ice cream truck driver that was shot to death in our parking lot. 

You have refrigeration, Air Conditioning, a smart phone, the internet, Air Jordans, two computers, take vacations, go to college, 37 flavors of ice cream, have 365 channels of TV (I didn't say they were worth watching ;-) health insurance, life insurance, fire insurance, auto insurance, home owner's insurance, SDIRA, 401(k), plastic surgery, viagra, fast food and can call the shots of just about anything you want to do or be.I grew up in a 790 sq ft house with 4 brothers, a cousin & aunt and my folks. 

Can they get the cream of the crop?

While our apartments are not designed to attract the cream of the crop, do I create a criteria that demands better, or just be a little more loose and general?

When its rented you could either crash on a couch with a friend or find a cheap Airbnb room to stay in temporarily and cream the difference?

Just think, they could have required an ice cream cake from DQ.  

That may still clog, though.Between shaving cream and my ever-disappearing hair, I end up cleaning my bathroom sink drain every few months.

However, in your attempt to serve a tasty dish, you threw some sushi and some ice cream into gumbo.

Have more than one realtor (I usually find 5 in a market and work with all of them until the cream rises). 

If I'm not working hard towards a goal I feel like I'm wasting the gifts I have been given, and tend to get bored and do stupid or self-destructive things (like sit on the couch eating ice cream and brownies while watching 'Top 10 Movies That....' videos on YouTube.)Thanks again everyone, your time and input are appreciated!
