Not only to have for reference as before/after, but also so that I knew what was behind the walls/floor and where in case something needs to be worked on in the future.After bringing in the new space from the old closet and moving some things around like a rubix cube, we added a second vanity to make it more spacious and easier for two people to operate.I decided to put this little shelf in on the backside of the tub rather than use a soap dish or corner dish.

The property is comprised of: 1) 1500 sf townhome with 3 br and 1.5 ba where my family will live, 2), a 2 BR apartment that is currently rented slightly below market rates with the lease expiring in September, 3) a ~900 SF commercial space that is currently leased through next June, and 4) a small office that is unused by the current commercial tenant but is not separated out in their lease.Things I could use your wisdom on:1) I am looking at separating out the small office space and renting it separately.

I was very surprised to find no hand soap in the dispenser by the bathroom sink (gtoss), no bar soap for the shower - just a travel size bottle of body wash.

That standard things we buy from WalMart between vacancies are: deodorant soap, facial soap, laundry detergent, dish soap, dish scrubbing pad, toilet paper, paper towels and occasionally bath towels, bed sheets, dishwasher tabs and pillows.Every now and then I'll buy some adult dvds and print some advertising on mailing labels.
