The zip codes are 39211 and 39047.Would you say your comments hold water for those zip codes?

These comments are from about two years ago… Although I disagree with a transaction fee as a real estate agent, if the buyer or seller does not pay this fee, it will come out of my commission… So it’s not negotiable for myself… the current fee in the area is now $595 and all the brokers have them … 

I agree with other comments though, that it should not be the main criteria for selecting a CPA.

single family homes in the city are a relative bargain right now, depending on school district...My comments were specifically related to the northern liberties/fishtown/kensington markets.

I cannot comment on the tax ramifications but you can prep the deed yourself or pay a service to handle it for you.

That comment doesn't mean he doesn't take things personally.

@Chris Seveney Thank you for your comment, the Seller offered cash for keys (don't know the amount) but the tenant hasn't been willing to accept anything.
