The biggest reason was that our command staff would get distracted and do something really bone-headed like "Hey, you ordered windows 3 weeks ago... right?"

@Michael Lerch I agree, it was harsh, when you were a little kid and started to run in front of a car, I bet your parents spoke harshly, responded quickly with a commanding voice.

The test itself is not impressive because any dog should know basic manners and commands.
