I guess, it depends on who you ask - there might be an "expert source" where this neighborhood is already a marina.

Nothing should be an "estimate."

Unfortunately, the younger generations are being told they can have everything they want right now by borrowing money from someone else while quitting their job, driving expensive cars, and drinking $8 coffees and DoorDashing dinner every night.

Then, once they are done “representing” the unwitting investor, they start calling for their own needs - perhaps because the owner of the VA company also happens to be an “investor.”

And properly managed, it can be an extraordinarily profitable business.

Personally I have thought buying in mixed use zoning could be an interesting opportunity as you can use it for residential or commercial and having that flexibility of commercial property with 5% down if you live in for a while and it seems like a potentially good idea in some areas.

Great news, and I'll know more next week, but I just spent the entire day yesterday going over hours and hours of audio recordings I had from a prior closing, many phone calls and conversations etc even additional very HIGHLY incriminating evidence that I GUARANTEE this Pastor and County Chaplain DOES NOT want getting out to the public and we're going to see if we can finally get this outstanding MAN OF GOD to be an adult and accept the inevitable before it gets worse for us both if they further delay.

Updating the photos with seeming minor details can make the difference between booking your place and the place with only a drip coffee maker.
