They Will keep your deposit if you do give 30 day notice and hire people to clean. 

There is a product you can use on flooring that works well (rejuvenate)-try that first.For most things it is the actual cost (eg cleaning) or depreciated value (eg flooring replacement). 

I had bids come in to clean the building out and they were 50k plus.

I wouldn't pay any of the prior liens until you speak with an attorney because alot of them should be wiped clean thru quiet title action.

Like Michael said, I would use a cleaner once a month to clean or biweekly, restock the common area items (like TP, dish soap, etc), and sign up for routine lawn and snow services.

I found out they wanted to go to Atlanta to stay with family, I offered to pay for the flights in exchange for keys and within a week I got a squeaky clean house back.But, be careful: an offer of cash for keys can get your eviction case thrown out (in Wisconsin), so don't try both at the same time.

I have clients at my W2 who didn't do this and are now paying environmental remediation companies (like the one I work at) hundreds of thousands to clean it up, by order of the EPA, even though the PREVIOUS owner caused the issue.

We always start clean at the beginning of the month unless there is a real need to start mid-month.You will have to use the leases that are in place and can transition the tenants to your leases as each lease expires.
