Although my lease specifically says no smoking, for instance, a tenant burned a hole in the kitchen vinyl flooring, obviously a cigarette burn.

I recommend using a "truck brush" to apply the solutions and a pump sprayer to rinse.I'm not trying to be a "downer" here, but years of cigarette smoke can be as bad has having an actual fire in a home.

Account Closed - We haven't explored relationship building yet, but the current house was supposed to be a cosmetic fixer upper (last tenants destroyed it with cigarette smoke, pet urine, and general filth).
