We only do ceramic tile floors for this very reason, and also only allow dogs if there is a fenced in back yard.

I'm brand new to this business I'm about 45 days in to the business and just got my first deal accepted I'm going to flip it now my question is my brother has been remodeling bathrooms and kitchens laying tile basically anything that needs repairs he can do does anyone see how it can be a problem hiring him to do the work over finding contractors to do the work

Ceiling texture removed, ozoner used, industrial deodorizer, kilz primer to seal, new paint, all flooring except tile in bathroom and kitchen removed, it had no heat ducting.

While the apartment is not high end by any means, it certainly is a more expensive rehab than one would do in a low income area.Paint and flooring materials used- Wall paint is Sherwin Williams Navajo White- Ceiling and trim paint is Sherwin Williams Ceiling Bright White and Extra White for the trim- Kitchen/Dining/Bathroom floors are TrafficMaster Quartz Stone Vinyl Tile- Living area/bedroom flooring is Traffic Master Allure Country PineOther upgrades done to the unit- windows are new- the entire bathroom was gutted to the studs and redone.- countertop is new- we painted the existing cabinets and put new hardware on them- in the 3 season porch we frosted 2 of the windows and then just painted the existing walls, ceiling, floor

I have done flooring, tile patios, hot water heaters, masonry work, molding and concrete work on personal projects so I know some about cost of repairs and timelines of projects (Always over on both from my experience).
