Well hey, you have a great day, remember when they catch ya, DONT pickup the soap.... or maybe do it regularly, depending what your into. 

If someone is checking on the home 2-3 times per year, you have a better chance at catching this before it gets bad. 

They book so quickly that the other channels don't have the opportunity to catch up. 

So there's a catch-22 in there when you define an "exit".Again, I'm incredibly happy to be wrong on this one as I'd love to know that I could start managing my 36 doors myself and have a business with a valuation of 1.25x revenues after a year.  

I think it's tight, a little risky and probably stressful but I think it works - but I'd play catch-up afterwards (assuming the deal is a GREAT one).

Just note, come with a lot of free time and a check book because each time Philadelphia transfers you from one department to the next, you have to restart your wait time and crack another check, if you catch my drift.The zoning department reviewed my change on an application I just filled out at the Municipal building and they changed the zoning right then and there.
