Own 10 rentals in Columbus Ohio and building another 21 new build single family houses in Florida that will be a clean BRRRR that will be free and clear.

The end goal is to have a piece of land with multiple houses: one for my growing family but also a home for my mother in law.My mother in law has agreed to foot the money on a new property/land up front and when ready we can buy land from her to build/develop etc. 

Is this a new build?  

I have been a Building Contractor for over 30yrs.

Building a 4,000-square-foot, three-story duplex with a 1,000-square-foot ADU could cost about $1.83 million, including construction and permits (excluding land).

Curious if any General Contractors have recently originated commercial general liability insurance and build units that are sold as Condo/PUD's.

If anyone needs a GC once the designs are done I can build/renovate the project.

County has assessed for 200k but is worth more due to the area they are building homes left and right on that road and they are selling 300k+ and up.
