@Scott Krone has some good questions, but if I, as a veteran Contractor, showed up and was bombarded with all these questions, it would be a red flag for me.....A sign of a 'micro manage' customer (the worst kind)It doesn't matter so much how much work they do 'in-house'.

It was always aimed at those who want to present to the public and have their message heard, and not how poorly they presented it.I get bombarded with emails from a lot of RE marketers and 'gurus' and they usually link back to a video.

I just put my rental on Zillow and have gotten bombarded with calls.

I did not try to hide it whatsoever.We are constantly bombarded with graphs and charts depicting data trends and experts sharing their findings.

Our public hydro power utility districts are being bombarded by new service requests to mine bitcoin. 

You have to bombard your subconsious with it so you get familiar with it all.

That means potential off market sellers are getting bombarded with direct mail. 

For me having seen how people in despair live, their worries, their concerns, trying everything possible not to lose their homes... and 33 investors are bombarding them with mailers to sell their homes for cheap.
