@Scott Krone has some good questions, but if I, as a veteran Contractor, showed up and was bombarded with all these questions, it would be a red flag for me.....A sign of a 'micro manage' customer (the worst kind)It doesn't matter so much how much work they do 'in-house'.

It was always aimed at those who want to present to the public and have their message heard, and not how poorly they presented it.I get bombarded with emails from a lot of RE marketers and 'gurus' and they usually link back to a video.
