Conversely, advertising a 4/3, beautiful single family home to single traveling nurses (a pretty price-aware demographic post-Covid) may not work as well.When I go on ff.com to see what is out there in my area, I too often see units that are marketed to "everyone".

Instead, we decided to try a “cash-for-keys” approach, offering him financial assistance to peacefully vacate the property.My wife Shelly and I went to the property to speak with him in person.

I have not bought any new properties in years, and don't have a need to, I have almost stopped looking-that was the hardest part...........My wife and I are retired, we live within our means and we have all the money we will ever need and then some.

We have a huge influx of people buying in NH at the moment, obviously mostly short-term COVID-related, however I do feel this will be pretty sustained, now that so many people are questioning city life and have realized it IS possible to work from home, so why not do so in an incredibly beautiful place with hardly any crime and tons of outdoor activities?

I am still working full time and can let my full rental income take care of debt since my wife and I make good incomes ourselves.  

My wife and I recently attended BPCON in Cancun and feel supercharged and are considering to begin scaling our portfolio.  

My wife and I use Avail to find, screen, and manage applicants.

We have a work instruction we have made for our business which has definitely helped my wife and I become more consistent in our approach which has also improved our results.
