Reason and diplomacy dead on arrival?

We have the best of both of these worlds.As far as making money, immediately after the crash of 2009 etc REI was a business for 3-5 years now RE is back to being an investment.Ours both cash flow because we basically cashed In almost all equity with very little finance. 

Guests want to arrive to the space they were sold.

So she arrived at the property with a group of people, while I was there, and initated an altercation over all of this. 

The Covid crash in 3rd week of march 2020 was bonanza for me.

I had one I used to use but my computer crashed recently.

This amenity has attracted numerous buyers investing in million-dollar-plus villas arriving in private jets.

We do not take tenants that want to rent more than two weeks out from our next availability date, unless they want to close the gap (money wise) between when they arrive and the two week threshold.

Even if there is a crash, and people downsize, those people will have a need for self-storage, as evidenced by storage occupancy rates during past recessions.And during inflationary times, our rental rates increase.

Let’s just pray that lower rates arrive in time for the spring selling season!
