I have had nothing but problems utilizing their system. 

My local market only has one power company so I'm wondering how people systemize this...

I will close by saying I am not expecting a be a multi-millionaire by next year following someone's system.

Read Dave Ramsey's book and i believe that will help you follow a system for getting out of debt and living below your means.

Is most areas, this will determine who (Marshalls Office or Sheriffs Office) will handle the situation when it comes to the eviction.Some squatters know their rights and how to finesse the legal system so be ready for that.

Real estate investors decades in the business know even if you gave someone the best systems and knowledge out there only a few percent will really do anything with it.WHY is that?
