Does anyone have a great anti-hoarding addendum they're willing to share?

I'm very anti mentor, if you have to shell out cash for their time.

Usually aluminum siding with paint that is oxidizing leaves the residue...if it was alum. we'd wash it really well then prime and paint.

Bleach only changes the color of the mold to make it less noticeable.To kill mold you need to use a biocide/anti-microbial, and the most important piece of the equation is to ensure that the source of the moisture is eliminated so that the mold doesn't return.

And then the water meter is also disconnected, so that there is no way for water to get into the pipes.Then, all the traps get anti-freeze - traps exist in lots of places (toliets, under sinks, under tubs, under shower pan, in the washing machine discharge pipes, in floor drains - I may have missed some).

What you get here in BP, is people actually giving mostly honest and experienced answers, and I go much more with the anti-guru crowd.

I believe this is federal law (the Sherman Anti-Trust Act?).

@Jay Hinrichs you are right about being wrong--anti-growth policies and building department obstacles will never change in this area despite all of the public talk about how they are going to do something. 

My fiancé is anti-debt (and frankly I don’t blame her).
