Hello,I am working on getting started with wholesaling and do not mind working with another serious wholesaler of interest.I connected with an agent on Biggerpockets who claimed to be investor-friendly and knew the wholesale strategies but I think I scared them away when I requested a written agreement to get started.I do not understand why people in the wholesale industry like to talk about working together instead of working with a written agreement.

Since the tenant has a rental agreement nobody else has authority to give anyone else rights to occupy the property pending the result of the eviction.

Hi Shayan,Rehab projects that involve HOAs can still be very profitable, you'll just want to check in with the HOA prior to signing the purchase agreement to check if the work that you want to do will be allowed, but also to see if the condos are warrantable.
