It is stabilized with a bank, insurance company and nine 3br apartments fully leased; I just finished a 6,500sf open span building that I totally gutted and brought to vanilla box with new roof, rooftop HVAC units, new electric service coming to the building, commercial grade LVP over 8” concrete floors, fully ada compliant, all new windows, doors walls , 15’ ceiling… It’s vacant and I am targeting start-up technology companies; a 7-unit apartment building completely renovated and fully leased; 11-unit apartment building that I have not started yet; I rezoned a street from R1 to C3 (not trivial) where I assembled a 8 properties into a 120’x210’ lot where I will eventually build an apartment building; completed Phase I environmental study for entire project.

.- Make Type 2 STRs and non-owner occupied Type 3 STRs subject to federal ADA requirements as commercial places of lodging for the first time (this would essentially ban all of these STRs).- For any STR application or license renewal, require both owner and property manager to certify that they have no outstanding code or APD violations within the last two years.Here are links to more information on what Austin City Council will be discussing and a petition you can sign, urging council to stay with the existing 2012 regulations.I urge anyone in Austin who is concerned about this issue to attend the city council meeting at 10:00am on October 15.

I think however this is my last free Zillow Ad as they will start charging in my area however I was not really impressed with the low number of responses on Zillow for whatever reason.
