If the PERSON using the animal is not disabled (under guidelines of ADA) the animal is NOT (legitimately) a SA.

I had to spend about $300,000 to upgrade bathrooms and almost every door in the building to make everything ADA compliant.

Roof, floors, sub floor, walls, stairs, attic, fire exits, kitchens, sinks, bathrooms, laundry, HVAC, fireplaces, pools, garages, parking, landscape, mold, water damage, Sewer, water lines, flood plain, flood insurance, insurance, ADA, etc. 

It is stabilized with a bank, insurance company and nine 3br apartments fully leased; I just finished a 6,500sf open span building that I totally gutted and brought to vanilla box with new roof, rooftop HVAC units, new electric service coming to the building, commercial grade LVP over 8” concrete floors, fully ada compliant, all new windows, doors walls , 15’ ceiling… It’s vacant and I am targeting start-up technology companies; a 7-unit apartment building completely renovated and fully leased; 11-unit apartment building that I have not started yet; I rezoned a street from R1 to C3 (not trivial) where I assembled a 8 properties into a 120’x210’ lot where I will eventually build an apartment building; completed Phase I environmental study for entire project. 

ADA?

For example:(Top of Funnel) Campaign A -> Thruplay -> Audience -> New Haven +15 mi AND FSBO AND Home Renovation AND (you get the idea) -> Ad A(Top of Funnel) Campaign B -> Thruplay -> Audience -> Users who watched at least 10s of Ad A -> Ad BUsers who have now watched at least 10 seconds of Ad B are now an audience that has demonstrated interest in TWO videos regarding selling homes.

I think however this is my last free Zillow Ad as they will start charging in my area however I was not really impressed with the low number of responses on Zillow for whatever reason. 

Do you have any experience working with asphalt/concrete contactor to update apartment parking lots to bring them up to current ADA standards?
