What have a tenant within a four unit who had voiced concern about continuing to make rent payments during the pandemic.

That was 3 months ago… Since than I’ve bin calling, emailing, leaving voice mail, his assistant told me he is in office I’ll ask him to call you back many times but he never does, what can I do now?

@Brian ChoiI would say your best bet may be to ask if they do commercial loans if you are looking at an apartment that is more than 5 units and if they do lend on that show them the numbers using the calculator so you can present yourself well rather than just being another voice on a phone.

House foreclosed and I had about 20 voice mails daily from the VA that I just deleted, and eventually I got curious and called the VA back to find out if feds were going to come after me to squeeze the shortfall out of me. 

Scammers can be identified a few different ways:- Using out of state numbers or Google Voice numbers.
