I was speaking with an area realtor in Round Rock and he mentioned off-hand that the courts in Williamson County are better towards landlords than Travis County courts.

, there is a group at the Keller Williams on PW Parkway in Lake Ridge that meets every so often, my Realtor @Loretta Gray holds meetup at Long and Foster in Old Town Alexandria, she gives really good info on evaluating properties, etc. we also went to look at a few over the winter.

Seems to me that @Al Williamson was doing some research on car washes a while back...but maybe that was just as an adjunct to a multifamily property to produce ancillary income.

The Domain area, aka Austin’s second downtown, is the geographic center of the developed Austin metro area, thanks to Williamson County’s housing boom.
