Its described as warm enough for visitors but not warm enough for locals.

@Chris Heeren I seriously doubt that you will be able to evict them for lots of visitors and the smell of pot in the common area (unless perhaps you're in Round Rock, Texas).

There are millions of visitors to WH annually. 

However there are many other reasons that bring in many visitors for your term questions.  

I have simplisafe for an alarm and I set up a guest account for visitors and delete the number after they leave.

I’m intending to down the road buy a lake house 2-3hrs from where I live now and I want to manage it remotely so I can keep visitors checked in without having to travel.

I have had nothing but compliments from agents and visitors of this property.
