LOL  a softer way to say this is if your simply looking to become a landlord this is a very easy subject to read up on and learn and understand U do not need to pay someone to teach it to you. 

Give it a read, and you'll have a fair understanding of the process. 

Have you modeled the deal conservatively and fully understand the downside risks.

If you are new and don't have a clue, then I would certainly recommend them or some company that can guide you through things until you have an understanding. 

I guess Im not really understanding what youre looking for.
