If you are not a Russian or Ukrainian national then I would check to see if your bank is on the list of banks that are under sanction.There is also the possibility that one of the other funders was under sanction.  

If you have excellent credit and a little time, you can do this all yourself, but to me it's a little like playing Russian roulette when you play with credit cards at zero percent.
