I would highly recommend re-reading the statute, especially section D.

BEFORE YOU CLOSE READ, RE-READ, SLEEP ON IT AND THEN RE-READ YOUR STATE/LOCAL LANDLORD STATUTES AND ORDINANCES!!!!!

It made me re-read the FL statutes and I found I was wrong about OTC Florida tax liens; I somehow had read years ago that OTC liens were not eligible for the 5% premium.

They are a good idea but as @Don Konipol says it comes at a cost.I suggest you go back and re-read @Jerry W. at least two more times.

One can develop "analysis paralysis" which is when folks just read and then re-read and then go to a conference and then re-read.

I have currently reread Rich Dad Poor Dad, and read The Richest Man in Babylon, and the New BRRRR Book by David Greene (Awesome book by the way!)
