@Benjamin Amaral I am sorry to hear what you are going through but what you shared is sadly the hard knocks of working with many 3rd party GC's.First, there is no way of forcing the GC to participate in mediation.

If you qualify for a solo 401k (self employed with no w2 employees other than a spouse) you can take what's called a participant loan.
