Odd question, but can Oklahoma City Real Estate agents download .csv files for the oklahoma city metro area?  I am looking to see if i can get an excel file of the last 12 months worth of all property sales in oklahom...

@Ram SrinivasanLet me be upfront that I do not have firsthand experience with foreclosure in Alberta, but I have read and compared the process with foreclosure in Nova Scotia and the process flow is almost identical.

At my bank we take 75% (to account for expenses, rent gap, etc.).Assuming you have total income (pay + rent) to cover your total debt you should be able to get a loan for a house in Beaufort, SC.I am local to NoVA. 

To answer your question, unless it's raw land or a tear down you can just use the MAR offer to purchase and cross out the sections that do not apply.
