In the family deals we have agreed that family always comes first and in the event of conflict we will just sell the deals.

@Alvin Sylvain I agree the emotional support animals are B.S. but they are legal and we have to abide by the law.If the animal is an ESA, you are allowed to ask if the person is disabled and what service the animal provides.

IE they just work in the NPN space and try to work the notes and ending up owning probably happens maybe not the majority of the time but quite often..

It's also in the wording, the state will look at a Fee to be the same as a deposit.
