It would be possible to make a break like this with a bunch of people jumping up and down to music, but I would guess that it was that mixed with the beam being under supported.

please let me know your thoughts on this situation (not on myself, lol)I have a new 7 unit multi family, and one family has been sitting out in backyard with blasting music from their car, I know I can explain this in big paragraphs, but as experienced landlords/managers I know you understand exactly what I wanna know....I must point out.. it is an area that you can hear loud music, but it doesn't need to be my included..... (?)

I have had small, unrelated issues with Roommate B in the past (small things like loud music and failure to clean up after himself in the kitchen).My issue is that I clearly don't want any of this behavior going on inside my property, but I don't have anything in the lease that expressly states personal boundaries and I'm not sure that this would constitute a violation of law.

@Joe Gore thank you, I have done some research into owning property in Mexico and what I've found thus far is that on the interior you can own it just like a Mexican national; but on the shores, which is where this property is, it has to be held through a trust with a major bank as the trustee as a workaround for the restrictions that were in effect in the 90s.
