Analyze Rental Comps & Market Trends•Look at recent rental comps in the community—not just those from a year ago, but the most recent listings with similar size, layout, and features.

Out-of-state investing in cash-flow markets or partnering with experienced investors for passive returns are also great ways to put your capital to work.

I suspect it's due to the change in the housing market and economy.
