looking for the most user friendly app / platform

Any websites or apps you recommend on getting the most accurate data? 

It’s heavy manufacturing, finance industry, health care, Tech Giant presence, 3 pro sports teams (and hopefully an MLB team), zero state income tax, and nearly 1100 companies have located to nashville in the last decade.

@Trent ReeveI manually enter ours(and use same -last 4 digits of their number) in as I was nervous about integration- are there any glitches and do i need to erase all the codes I already did on the schlage app or?

After reviewing their apps, you can sort of tell who won’t ever be able to qualify or afford to buy a house.

First, the UI is pretty good on both web and app versions.

Hopefully one of the members can share but I am not aware of any.i have tried to search sold houses on realtor app and Zillow but it's not in real time so it's almost useless.
