I think it's an interesting extra feature, and it may make a company using it look a little more professional, but I'm not sure if it's 'industry changing' either.I'm playing with some things like Instant Messaging bots, and Twitter, as extra ways for people to be able to access information - so far I think it's still in the early adopter range.

Having been a Realtor in good standing let me add my two cents.1) As previously mentioned by Dave very little education requirments.2) I think it is a matter of ethics many people (not just Realtors) are lacking in this area.3) A lack of vision when dealing with investors (multipal deals)4) Instant gradification with a closing.5) A mentality that they will kill a deal rather than drop their comm.

The fundin option I use most is a no-money down strategy whereby we purchase at the agreed price and instantly re-mortgage at the market value so releasing cash instantly for the next deal.
