I requested my funds back and they just sent pictures of their no refund policy.I tried watching their tutorials to learn the program but none of the buttons existed that were described in the tutorials.

I'm just beginning but am considering a bigger commitment in the next five years or so by accessing some or even all retirement funds to buy a building (I'm sure people have thoughts on whether or not that is a good idea!).

Have you considered the fact is you can invest up to 80% of the funds into a new LLC the next day or at any time all tax-deferred?

We have found what works and repeat it as much as funds allow.

These programs often assert to guide you step-by-step through the process, provide assistance with funding, and connect you with contractors.

Any mixing of personal and LLC funds can compromise this liability protection, potentially making you personally liable for any claims or lawsuits.

In my experience it cannot be used as construction funding. 

Unless you're in a Class A Neighborhood like Palmer Woods, Indian Village, Sherwood, etc,. the additional rent probably won't support the cost to build:(More profitable to take the build funds and buy another property.DM us if you'd like to discuss more...
