Reason being, I hired a property management company (just now) and they're wonderful, they start officially in a couple days. 

The only information I had to go on was with the last Lender informed me so maybe it was specific to the company they were with.

One if you do not register your company as a foreign company you usually cannot file an answer in court if you are sued. 

I asked a lender company through BiggerPockets to call me.
