There is no explanation, cost sheets, whatever.No one gets a breakdown of gas prices, toll fares, FDA inspections, water costs, tax rates, and all of that when the cost of hamburger goes up.

So when we did the loan that Wells was questioning, one of the underwriters conditions was a REALLY GOOD explanation as to why he was buying another primary residence that was literally less than one mile away from his current residence, which he also just happened to buy less than a year ago. 

@Logan Allec provided an outstanding explanation, and @Basit Siddiqi added couple good points.I just want to frame the bigger picture: the new law does NOT hurt ("hose", using your word) people who receive 1099-G for prior overpayment. 

I don't understand why some users get reply in less than hour but i don't get any explanation in over half month?

I don’t feel I have a good grasp on this concept and have been looking online for other explanations, but it still has yet to click.

Rick Sands handled the issue horribly, folks lost a lot of money and I still have never received an explanation from the company as to what happened - but furthermore what THEY were going to do about it.Im using cozy now - and it does have a few shortcomings compared to erent.
