Anyone out there going to the IMN conference end of January in Fort Lauderdale, FL? 

The supply of SFRs in San Jose has next to no bearing on my investments in eastern NC.

After that, the plan is to buy another small multifamily in eastern PA for my mom to live, who recently retired.I also just wanted to say thanks to BP for creating all this wonderful content, as well as the super supportive community!!

They have a main meeting in Ambler PA and sub-groups all over the greater Philly/South Eastern PA area.

Unfortunately, you have already missed the "big" multifamily conference which is RealShare. 

I've attended the 3 day conference, quite a few years back now, but I'm assuming the content hasn't changed drastically.

If you could go to one real estate investing conference or convention a year for education and networking, what would it be and why?

here are some ideaspretty much every major MSA East of the rockies and not quite to the eastern seaboard.. have older areas of the city that have all sorts of board ups and excess inventory that sellers cant wait to get rid of .. your buyers would be those that want low end rentals.Detroit  south of 8 mileChicago  south and west sidememphis  frazierCleveland inner cityPhilly inner cityIndy  there are pockets just follow anything Morris is buy or selling those are the streets you wantSt.
