Go to the archives section and you can literally look up episodes that will answer every question you have.

After looking at the internet archive it appears that there was a section for the East Wing on the site, so I guess its nothing new.

Keep on reading here and go back into the archives as there is more here (about those pitfalls) than most books will tell you.

PS- don't forget to give a proper WRITTEN denial letter to those you turn down, per the FCRA; and you also need to securely archive the application documents for three years to protect yourself on several fronts, including Fair Housing.

Check your local library, they may have a state archive of these forms.
