Hello,Need recommendations for a showroom that has all the build options for a small apartment complex such as shaker/all cabinets,light and plumbing fixtures.

Asking for strategies first is like asking how to start a fire without considering combustibles on hand or available to you,  weather conditions, what you have to start it with, location, why you need a fire (warmth, cooking, light), etc. 

@Enyi Ajoku Have an outdoor security camera system set up on the outside front & back of the property, as well as additional lighting.

Have it wired to the light switch - that way when they turn the lights on the vent automatically comes on.

These programs can be implemented by the owner or manager of the property and may involve a variety of strategies, such as installing energy-efficient appliances and lighting, sealing windows and doors to prevent drafts, and properly maintaining the property to reduce the need for repairs.

Do you want to see your name in lights?

I would really appreciate a second set of eyes or maybe some warnings I should look out for in a deal like this?

Owning a car, light remodeling of a house, & sharing a kitchen may be significant hurdles for some people who have difficulty adapting even considering it may mean losing the opportunity to have others pay your mortgage which can easily be $4k a month.
