They are stressed out and looking for a lifeline.You really can be a help by thinking clearly and looking for a win/win solution.  

I simply talk about alternatives to C class... some folks love C class and some can't sleep well with any kind of stress.. and they like the more consistant west coast investments so I just talk about the alternatives.I invest in 12 states ... and do all sorts of different things in RE.. including funding some pretty low end stuff..

I can see that this would cause there to be more to keep track of. ..but if a person just paid a GC to perform all the work. ..some of the stress would be eliminated.  

I wouldn't stress it.

I'm so sorry this happened, I know it must be extremely stressful.

We try to stress, as an individual, you are going to fail.

The growing urban population places tremendous stresses on resources and infrastructure – food and water distribution, utilities, transportation facilities, telecommunications, sanitation, etc.

Bear in mind you can easily (very easily) spend far more on deposit dispute when you calculate the time, stress, and money for fees and costs (and the tenants may even qualify for free or low cost legal aid)....

Though stressful and frustrating at times, I felt I gained a good bit of knowledge in the process and now I'm at a point in my life where I have a desire to learn more about this industry.  

I have seen in the past and can be pretty stressful.
