I'm willing to travel to Tampa or near by area if necessary to learn/help if needed for as little as a few days to potentially a few weeks.

(I regularly travel overseas, when I can, and I don't give it a second thought.

We also have a good set of traveling nurse accommodations with UofR.

Travel destinations?

I lived here for two years and now opening it up for short term rentals (preferably traveling nurses/medical professionals).

In my state I must accept the first qualified person - no picking and choosing also, i called my insurance carrier (Travelers) to ask about dog breeds and they said they defer to state laws.  

For turn-overs, I rarely traveled to the properties.

If they refuse tell them you will sue for it back as well as your legal fees and travel if you can’t go to court through zoom.  

I just recently started my freshman year at Syracuse University after taking a gap year and traveling the world.

I think your families would enjoy exploring the area, if the travel time allows.
