I'm not sure where you plan on investing, but having a full time job (even a crappy one that doesn't pay well) will help you a lot as you continue your journey through real estate investing.It makes it easier to get a loan, you get a stable paycheck every 2 weeks while you get on your feet, you'll get health insurance (not sure about rules in Israel), and you will have income to acquire more properties in the future.I learned that your 9-5 job is to put a roof over your head and food on the table.

in our Tesla our bladder range is about 200 miles and there are superchargers every 200 miles or less that are usually in areas were you can get food shop etc etc.. 10 to 30 minute stop is all it takes with the Tesla's thats why you see so many of them.
