Based on my research so far it seems the most easy to find CRE mortgages are short term (up to 10 years, though amortized 25-30), but I have also seen people repeatedly state that you CAN find longer term CRE loans.

Unless you're on the beach, i'd avoid the flip flops and board shorts, but Also I think most people get defenisve or put off by suits when they are knocking on someones door, so Business Casual, collard shirt if that is something you'd wear or a Clean- Non Graphic T (unless you had your own made), clean cut dark denim jeans -- and some clean shoes.

It is a nightmare evicting deadbeat tenants, so when they are out I will only go back to AirBnb, short term rentals in the future as Vermont has laws very favorable to annual leasing tenants.
